Here we go! Chelsea sign Brazilian wonderkid Estevao - Romano
Chelsea are set to sign Estavao Willian, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian transfer expert has given his famous 'here we go' to Chelsea's first major deal of the summer transfer window. Estevao Willian from Palmeiras will join the Blues upon turning 18 in 2025.
Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement with the Brazilian giants on an offer worth a whopping €40 million upfront and €25m in potential add-ons. This means that the west London club could potentially pay more for the youngster than his release clause, believed to be in the region of €55m-€60m.

Romano reports that the final step that needs to be completed is for the Palmeiras president to officially sign all the necessary documents. The deal is firmly in line with Chelsea's transfer policy under Todd Boehly of snapping up the world's brightest young talents.
Chelsea to sign Brazilian wonderkid
After Kendry Paez, Andrey Santos and Angelo Gabriel, Estevao becomes the latest South American wonderkid to be signed by the Blues over the past year or so.
A 17-year-old attacker so highly rated in his native Brazil that he has been given the nickname 'Messinho,' Estevao starred for Palmeiras at the youth level and has this year firmly broken into the senior side.

Coach Abel Ferreira recently described Estevao as unlike any player he had ever coached, which is quite the compliment given that he is also overseeing the development of Real Madrid-bound striker Endrick.
Primarily a right-winger, Estevao has notched three goals and an assist in 17 first-team appearances for Palmeiras so far. The teenager made international headlines last November when he starred for Brazil at the U17 World Cup in Indonesia, scoring three times and assisting three times in just five games.
