The Argentine was Chelsea’s fifth head coach since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital arrived in 2022, with Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter, Bruno Saltor (interim) and Frank Lampard (interim) all preceding him.

Pochettino guided the Blues to five consecutive wins to end the Premier League season, but their late season form was not enough to save his job at Stamford Bridge.
