Man Utd make IMPOSSIBLE Sancho transfer demand
Jadon Sancho’s Manchester United saga is set to rumble into the summer, with the Red Devils’ asking price for the winger set at an unrealistic level.
Sancho has enjoyed a rebirth of his career during a six-month loan spell with Borussia Dortmund, leading the Bundesliga outfit into the Champions League final on 1 June.
But while the England international has enjoyed an uptick in his form, Man Utd’s transfer expectations for the 24-year-old remain out of sync with what he has produced on the field over the course of the last three years.

The Sun reports that Sancho will only be allowed to leave for a fee of around €64 million.
Specifically, it states: “United are happy to listen to offers but will not let the 23-cap England man go for less than 75 per cent of the £73m [€85m] they paid Dortmund for him in 2021.”
This is problematic for two reasons.

Sancho priced out of the market
Firstly, Dortmund, despite qualifying for the Champions League final, are not a particularly cash-rich club that can afford to spend such a fee on one player.
The most expensive player in BVB is Ousmane Dembele, whose arrival from Rennes in 2016 cost €35 million. They have never otherwise signed a player at even half the price that United are looking for Sancho.
Secondly, there is the simple fact that Sancho simply is not worth what Man Utd are demanding at this point.
The winger’s Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) has plunged to €34.1m having at one point been as high as €98.6m when he joined up at Old Trafford.
Sancho has not done enough for that figure to bounce back. While he performed to a sparkling level against PSG in the Champions League semi-final first leg, an overall return of three goals and three assists in 20 matches is unlikely to tempt Dortmund into shattering their transfer record to sign the player when wages will also be a factor.
At the price Man Utd are currently asking, it is impossible for Sancho to make his loan to Dortmund permanent, which serves only to frustrate everyone and benefits no one.
