Chelsea to get creative to beat rivals to Olise transfer
Chelsea could get creative in their pursuit of Michael Olise with the Blues looking to battle their financial constraints and beat their rivals to sign the Crystal Palace star.
Olise is wanted by many clubs including Manchester United, Newcastle and Arsenal due to a release clause in his contract, believed to be in the region of €70 million.
However, the release clause is understood to be complicated, with only Champions League clubs reportedly able to activate it, leaving Chelsea in a predicament to sign their top target.

With Chelsea operating under tight profit and sustainability restrictions, the Blues could look to offer two players to Palace in exchange for Olise in order to save on a transfer fee.
According to The Sun, Noni Madueke and Trevoh Chalobah have been mooted as potential options to move to Selhurst Park in any exchange deal.
Olise has yet to decide on his preferred club but an exchange with Chelsea – where he spent time as an academy youngster – could also benefit Palace due to the 22-year-old’s former club Reading being entitled to a percentage of any fee received.
Chelsea part exchange provides competitive approach against rivals
Olise enjoyed an impressive campaign for Palace despite suffering with injury for a large part of the season, with the French under-21 international grabbing 16 goal contributions in 14 Premier League starts.
Chelsea have been long-time admirers of Olise, having attempted to sign him last year before he eventually signed a new contract with Palace.

However, Olise is expected to be sold this summer with Chelsea, Newcastle and Bayern Munich described as having already made initial contact with Palace over a transfer.
For Chelsea, selling Madueke would remove a playing rival in Olise’s right wing position, while the club are willing to listen to offers for Chalobah due to his sale representing pure profit on the books as an academy graduate.
