Chelsea 'open talks' with ANOTHER South American wonderkid
Despite the risk of incurring financial fair play penalties, Chelsea continue to pursue potential new targets in the transfer market this summer.
The club has already recruited Tosin Adarabioyo on a free transfer and have also entered the race to sign Jhon Duran from Aston Villa as Todd Boehly looks to bolster new manager, Enzo Maresca’s, options in attack.
But while reinforcing the first team is the priority, Boehly has also continued to pursue deals for future potential prospects.

This policy has seen Chelsea recruit from all over the world but most notably from South America where the club has already wrapped up a deal for one of the most exciting young talents on the continent in Ecuadorean Kendry Paez.
Now Boehly looks to have set his sights on Argentina where Chelsea are reportedly pursuing a deal for yet another wonderkid.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea have opened talks to sign 19 year old Aaron Anselmino.

Predominantly a centre-back, Anselmino plies his trade at Boca Juniors and he is known for being able to play in midfield as well.
So far he has made just 10 senior first team appearances for the Argentine giants, but has shown a lot of promise with his performances and is very highly rated.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have been informed that Anselmino has a $25m release clause in his contract, which is roughly €23.3m.
It remains to be seen whether Chelsea will look to active his release clause or whether Boehly will look to secure a more favourable deal and attempt to negotiate with Boca Juniors.
The Argentine giants will be reluctant to part ways with such a highly rated prospect. However, for the right price they can be tempted and that is what Chelsea will look to do now.
