Romano confirms 'TOTAL PRIORITY': Yoro 'ONLY wants' Real Madrid
Leny Yoro is waiting for Real Madrid to make their move, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The race to sign the Lille youngster is heating up. One of the standout centre-backs of the bygone Ligue 1 season, the 18-year-old is in demand this summer as his contract expires next year.
This has clubs thinking they can sign one of Europe's biggest talents, a player likened to a young Raphael Varane, on a cut-price deal. Indeed, Lille Olivier Letang recently confirmed that the teenager would be on the market this summer, though he of course did not reveal the Ligue 1 side's valuation.

Real Madrid are long-standing admirers of Yoro and signing him has become a priority following captain Nacho's decision to leave the club after 20 years. Los Blancos, however, are not prepared to pay over the odds for a player who will be out of contract next summer and so they have thus far refrained from making a move.
This has emboldened Premier League sides Liverpool and Man Utd to get involved, but Fabrizio Romano insists that Yoro only wants to move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Romano on Yoro
Speaking on his YouTube channel, the Italian transfer expert revealed that joining Real Madrid is Yoro's 'total priority,' though he did admit that Liverpool could be 'one to watch.'
"Leny Yoro is waiting for Real Madrid, he's giving total priority to Real Madrid and he wants to wait for Real Madrid. Then, if Real Madrid will not be able to make it happen, he will be ready to listen to other proposals. Otherwise, Leny Yoro is still waiting for Real Madrid as a priority."

"For Leny Yoro, no contract extension [has been] discussed, but still Real Madrid are waiting to see [what] the final price tag [is] and how they can handle the situation."
"Liverpool really like Leny Yoro, Liverpool really rate Leny Yoro, so they are also in the race with PSG and other clubs for Yoro in case Real Madrid will not go for him. Liverpool is one to watch, the interest is genuine."
