Chelsea want Karim Adeyemi
In addition, Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Borussia Dortmund star Karim Adeyemi this summer.
The Blues are actively searching for a new winger amid the struggles of Mykhailo Mudryk and they have now identified Adeyemi as a key target.
That is according to Rudy Galetti, who has revealed that Chelsea are in constant contact with Adeyemi’s entourage. Enzo Maresca’s side have reportedly named the 22-year-old as their main target, with developments expected soon.
Juventus are also interested in signing the German this summer as they look to back new boss Thiago Motta in the market.
Why Chelsea are signing Renato Veiga
Chelsea are on the verge of completing a deal to sign Portugal U21 international Renato Veiga.
The 20-year-old has left Basel’s pre-season training camp in Austria in order to finalise a summer transfer to Stamford Bridge, with the Blues expected to pay roughly €15 million for his services.
Fabrizio Romano has revealed why Chelsea are signing the versatile defender. He told CaughtOffside: “Renato Veiga is on his way to Chelsea in a €14-15m move from FC Basel. He’s seen as someone who can play centre-back, left-back or defensive midfield, so he covers a lot of positions.
“Chelsea see Veiga as a talent with huge potential, and available for a cheap price. He’s the perfect profile for what they wanted and needed.
“There are no add-ons or sell-on [clause] because Chelsea preferred to agree on €14m fixed fee believing it was a good deal for them.”
Michael Olise joins Bayern Munich
Chelsea target Michael Olise has officially completed a €60m move from Crystal Palace to Bayern Munich.
Upon signing a five-year deal at the Allianz Arena, the Frenchman said: “The talks with FC Bayern were very positive, and I’m very happy to now be playing for such a big club.
“It's a great challenge, and that's exactly what I was looking for. I want to prove myself at this level and play my part in ensuring that we win as many titles as possible with our team in the coming years.”

Enzo Maresca ‘loves’ Samu Omorodion
Chelsea have reportedly seen a €50m bid for Samu Omorodion turned down by Atletico Madrid, but they remain interested in the forward.
Omorodion is eager to impress at Atleti next season and will not push to leave the Spanish giants.
However, Chelsea are still eager to complete a deal for the 20-year-old, as per Matteo Moretto.
Moretto told CaughtOffside: “Chelsea are definitely still keeping a close eye on his situation, as he is a player that the board at Chelsea and their new manager Enzo Maresca absolutely love. We shall have to wait and see if anything new comes of it.”
