Timo Werner (£6.5m) is the second-most expensive new signing in FPL this year. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur, but Ange Postecoglou’s side have renewed his stay by re-signing him on a new one-year loan deal. The German qualifies for this category as a result.

Igor Thiago (Brentford) and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Chelsea) are tied in third place. Thiago has moved to Brentford for €33m, while Dewsbury-Hall has joined Chelsea for €35.4m. They are both £6m in FPL.
