Shock Man Utd U-turn? Sancho makes surprise return after Ten Hag talks
Jadon Sancho has returned to Manchester United training, the club have announced.
The winger has returned from exile. Sancho was banished from all first-team facilities last summer after publically snapping back at coach Erik ten Hag, who had criticised the 24-year-old's training performances.
After six months of no competitive football, Sancho was offloaded to his former club Borussia Dortmund on loan, where he managed to impress enough to put himself into the shop window.

Speculation surrounding the ex-England international's future has been rampant in recent weeks, with Dortmund keen to re-sign him permanently, while Juventus hold a genuine interest in him, too.
Man Utd, for their part, had decided that Sancho was to be sold this summer to raise funds for incomings, but we may have just seen the first sign of a potential U-turn.
Sancho returns to Man Utd
The club have now announced on their social media channels that Sancho has been reintegrated into the first team. Well, kind of. The official club networks made no mention of his falling out with Ten Hag or his previous banishment from the training ground.
"Jadon Sancho returned for testing on Wednesday following his loan spell at Borussia Dortmund during the second half of last season," the statement simply read. "The 24-year-old forward then trained with the group on Thursday."

ESPN, however, has shed more light on the situation, with journalist Rob Dawson claiming that Sancho and Ten Hag had 'held positive discussions this week' and that the 24-year-old will be available for selection going forward.
It is not yet clear whether Sancho has issued his much-talked-about apology to Ten Hag, though it seems likely. Could the winger now stay at Man Utd following his rapprochement with the Dutchman? It remains to be seen.
