OFFICIAL: Tottenham complete signing of Leeds United midfielder Archie Gray
Tottenham Hotspur have officially completed the signing of Leeds United youngster Archie Gray.
The Premier League side have paid a reported €41.25 million (£35m) for the midfielder and he has signed a six-year deal in north London.
Gray broke into Leeds’ first-team last season and he racked up 52 appearances in all competitions as Daniel Farke’s side finished third in the Championship.

A versatile player, Gray played at right-back and in central midfield on his way to winning the Championship’s Young Player of the Year and Apprentice of the Season awards for 2023-24.
Brentford were expected to sign Gray last week, but the Bees were unable to agree a payment structure with Leeds and the proposed move collapsed.
Tottenham soon swooped and Ange Postecoglou’s side have now confirmed Gray’s arrival.

In a separate transaction, Tottenham defender Joe Rodon, who spent last season on loan at Leeds, has moved to Elland Road on a permanent deal.
Archie Gray joins Tottenham
Gray is Spurs’ third signing of the summer, with Lucas Bergvall arriving from Djurgardens for €10m and Timo Werner re-joining the club on loan from RB Leipzig.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool were all interested in signing Gray before Tottenham agreed a deal with Leeds.
The teenager made his England U21 debut against Azerbaijan in March and he marked the occasion with a goal. He then started at right-back versus Luxembourg just four days later and bagged an assist in a 7-0 win.
