Osimhen gives greenlight to blockbuster transfer - Romano
Victor Osimhen has given the green light to Paris Saint-Germain as the French giants begin negotiations with Napoli.
The 25-year-old currently has a €130 million release clause in Naples and the Serie A side have previously been unwilling to lower their asking price for the Nigerian, despite the fact his contract only runs until 2025.
Chelsea and Al-Hilal have both been linked with a move for Osimhen in recent months, and recent reports suggest that Enzo Maresca’s side are set to rekindle their interest in the Napoli star.

“Negotiations between PSG and Napoli are now [a] key part of the story, not easy.
“If Osimhen leaves, Napoli will go for Lukaku.”
Osimhen scored 15 goals and provided three assists in 25 Serie A appearances last season, while his current Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) stands at €71.1m.
Romelu Lukaku to join Napoli?
While PSG are now seemingly leading the race for Osimhen, Napoli want to resolve his future by 25 July, according to Sport Mediaset.
As mentioned, if Osimhen does leave Napoli, then Romelu Lukaku could be set for a reunion with Antonio Conte.
Napoli are set to offer €25m for the Chelsea forward, according to Nicolo Schira.
Lukaku has reportedly verbally agreed a deal until 2027, with Napoli set to pay him €6.5 million a year, plus bonuses. There could also be an option included in the deal to extend his stay until 2028.
