Arsenal and Man Utd target agrees personal terms - Romano
Youssouf Fofana has agreed personal terms with AC Milan, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The French midfielder is in demand after coming off his best personal season with Monaco. Both the player himself and the club have been quite open about the fact that Fofana is looking for a new challenge this summer and interest in his services has been high.
Arsenal and Man Utd have both frequently scouted the 25-year-old over the past 12 months after a move to the Premier League fell through last summer. Fofana had offers on the table, including from Nottingham Forest, but felt as though the project wasn't attractive enough to lure him away from Monaco.

It is a different story this summer, though, and Fofana now appears to be closing in on his next move. It seems, however, that he is still not Premier League-bound.
Fofana agrees Milan terms
According to Fabrizio Romano, Fofana has now agreed personal terms with AC Milan. The Rossoneri are trying to be ambitious in the transfer market this summer and the Frenchman could be the second major arrival after Alex Jimenez's loan from Real Madrid was made permanent.
Fofana is keen on heading to the San Siro and is happy with the project and finances offered. Now, it is up to Monaco and Milan to strike an agreement for a transfer fee.

Monaco won't stand in the midfielder's way, with Fofana revealing a few weeks ago that the club was actively trying to facilitate a move. How much the Rossoneri will have to pay for the 25-year-old remains to be seen.
Last summer, Monaco valued him at over €30 million, but he now only has a year left to run on his contract. Fofana currently has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €21.3 million
