Chelsea agree €63m deal to sign Pedro Neto
Chelsea are in advanced talks to sign Pedro Neto, according to Fabrice Hawkins and Fabrizio Romano.
The Blues are on the verge of snapping up a new winger. According to Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport, and since confirmed by Fabrizio Romano and David Ornstein, Chelsea are set to sign Wolves star Neto.
The attacker has been the subject of rampant speculation for months after an impressive Premier League season, though few would have expected him to end up at Stamford Bridge.

Neto had been linked with Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool and Tottenham, but associations with the west London giants were few and far between. Now, however, he is apparently close to joining Chelsea.
According to Ornstein, Chelsea will pay a whopping €60 million plus €3m in add-ons for the Portuguese attacker, who will pen a long-term contract with his new club shortly. Neto is set to travel for his medical.
Chelsea want another attacker
Though the news of Chelsea negotiating for Neto comes as a surprise, the Blues have been known to be in the market for another winger this summer.
The Premier League giants already have a wealth of wide options, but not all of them have been particularly impressive over the past two seasons. Mykhailo Mudryk, Raheem Sterling and Noni Madueke have failed to be consistently good in recent times.

Nevertheless, the talks with Neto come as a shock as he is a left-footer and it had been thought that the Blues would want to add a right-footer. However, the 23-year-old can play on the left, so he is perhaps viewed as an option for that side.
Wolves already have a replacement in mind, with Ajax winger Carlos Forbes eyed, according to Fabrizio Romano. This suggests that a deal is on the verge of being finalised, with Chelsea working rapidly and in secrecy to sign one of England's most in-demand players.
