The Times have reported that Toney is set to join Al-Ahli on a three-year contract and Brentford have now accepted a €42m bid, according to L’Equipe.
In addition, a medical has been booked, as per The Mirror, and a full agreement has been reached with Toney, according to Foot Mercato and The Athletic's David Ornstein.

The England forward, who was omitted from Lee Carsley’s first squad as interim Three Lions boss, hasn’t featured for Brentford so far this season, with the aforementioned Frank citing “transfer speculation” as the reason for his absence.
DEADLINE DAY: Every confirmed transfer around Europe
Toney scored four goals and provided two assists in 17 Premier League appearances last season, while he featured for England at the 2024 European Championship.
His current deal at Brentford is due to expire next summer, and the Bees have been eager to offload him in order to avoid losing him on a free transfer in 2025.
Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen to join Al-Ahli?
Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have all reportedly rekindled their interest in Toney over the past few days, but he is now on the verge of completing a sensational move to Saudi Arabia.
Of the three Premier League clubs mentioned, Chelsea have been credited with the most high-profile interest in Toney, with the Blues viewing him as an alternative to Victor Osimhen.
The west London club remain in talks to sign the Napoli centre-forward, but he also appears likely to join Al-Ahli.
Napoli have reached an agreement to sell Osimhen to the Saudi Pro League club, and the move is now contingent on the Nigerian accepted Al-Ahli’s proposal.
As per reports, Osimhen has been offered an annual salary of €40m, while a release clause worth under €100m has been included in the contract.
