Ivan Toney says YES to shock Saudi transfer
Ivan Toney has given the green light to a move to Al-Ahli, according to a report.
The England striker looks set to get his big move after all - but perhaps not the one he had initially hoped for. Instead of moving to an elite Premier League side, Toney is now closing in on a switch to one of Saudi Arabia's biggest clubs.
Al-Ahli had presented the Brentford man with a 'mouthwatering' contract offer to which he broadly agreed. However, Toney was still delaying making a final decision on whether or not to make the move to Saudi Arabia.

This led to the Jeddah outfit giving the player a deadline of Monday night to communicate his choice after trying and failing to sign Victor Osimhen. Toney's answer has now been revealed.
England star agrees to Saudi switch
According to Ben Jacobs, Toney has said 'yes' to a potential move to the Saudi Pro League. The player also finalised personal terms with Al-Ahli and will earn almost €60m over the course of a three-year contract.
However, the 28-year-old is not quite an Al-Ahli player just yet. The Saudi side still need to strike a deal with Brentford. The Bees are demanding around €60m for the England star, which is the price tag he has had all summer.

Brentford want a fee in a similar ballpark to what Al-Hilal paid for Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic last year. As things stand, however, Al-Ahli are only prepared to pay in the region of €50m.
The Saudi side are the only club currently in talks over Toney, but Jacobs urges caution as European suitors could still emerge. Chelsea and Man Utd both reportedly retain an interest but have so far refrained from making a move due to his age and price.
