Man Utd Transfer News Today: Ugarte ALMOST DONE, Sancho EXIT DEMAND, wonderkid interest CONFIRMED
All the latest Manchester United transfer news, including updates on Manuel Ugarte, Jadon Sancho and Scott McTominay.
The Red Devils' transfer window is far from over despite less than seven days remaining to complete moves. Man Utd remain in talks with PSG over Manuel Ugarte and significant progress has been made in recent days
In fact, according to Fabrizio Romano, a deal is 'almost completed.' The Uruguay international would initially join Man Utd on loan but with an obligation to make the move permanent next summer.
Ugarte was again omitted from PSG's Ligue 1 squad as the French champions beat Montpellier 6-0 on Friday evening.

Sancho wants out
Speaking of omissions, Jadon Sancho was once more left out of Erik ten Hag's squad as Man Utd fell to a 2-1 defeat to Brighton on Saturday. Ahead of the game, The Athletic reported that the player had demanded to leave the Red Devils.
Sancho has been linked with an exit ever since he was banished by Ten Hag last September. Talks with PSG have taken place, but a deal looks highly unlikely. Juventus remain in negotiations for the winger.
Barcelona have also been associated with the 24-year-old, but it appears that they will focus on Juventus winger Federico Chiesa. Perhaps the Italian's exit will unlock the Sancho deal.

McTominay bound for Serie A?
Staying in Serie A, Scott McTominay is being heavily linked with Napoli. Fabrizio Romano hinted that the Scotsman could complete a move to the 2023 Italian champions by stating that the game against Brighton could be his last in a United shirt.
Moreover, the transfer expert stated that €30 million could be enough to get the Red Devils to sell. So far, Napoli's offers have fallen just short of this valuation, but it seems a deal is very much possible.
Wesley interest confirmed
Flamengo boss Tite has confirmed that Man Utd have enquired about 20-year-old right-back Wesley. The Brazilian was close to a €20m move to Atalanta, but the deal was cancelled before he could complete his medical.
Former Brazil coach Tite recently said: "He's a great kid, a great player with five or six teams looking at him and one of them was Manchester United, who sought information about him."
He did not, however, mention when Man Utd enquired about the youngster. It seems unlikely that they would be willing to spend €20m on a right-back after signing Noussair Mazraoui.
