Conor Bradley appears to have leaked that Darwin Nunez will be dropped for Liverpool's clash with Wolves.

New Liverpool boss Arne Slot has had a pretty settled front three for most of this still-young season, consisting of Luis Diaz on the left, Diogo Jota up top and Mohamed Salah on the right.

However, much-maligned striker Darwin Nunez was handed a rare start against Bournemouth last weekend and found the back of the net for his first goal of the campaign.

The Uruguay international has been a controversial figure at Anfield since his big-money move from Benfica in 2022 as he has failed to set the world alight, often making negative headlines for missing big chances.

Jurgen Klopp had reportedly been the man pushing for Nunez to be signed and he regularly used the striker, whereas Slot has not been afraid to bench him - and he seemingly will do so again against Wolves.

Bradley leaks Slot decision

At least that is what avid Fantasy Premier League players believe after spotting that Liverpool right-back Conor Bradley has sold Nunez ahead of the fixture on Saturday evening.

Bradley had signed the 25-year-old prior to his first Premier League start against Bournemouth, so the fact that he has now sold him seems to be a giveaway that he won't be in Slot's first-choice XI against Wolves.

Instead of Nunez, it appears that Jota will slot back into the team, as Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold are both starting him in their respective FPL sides.

Given how secretive managers these days are about team selections, Slot may not be too thrilled that his players are leaking his decisions on FPL. Whether this slight tactical advantage for Wolves will be enough to see off the Premier League title challengers is doubtful, of course.
