Man Utd's first FOUR 2025 targets revealed
Manchester United already have four transfer targets on their shortlist for 2025, according to a report.
The Red Devils are coming off a largely successful summer window. Man Utd managed to strengthen their backline with Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui, while Manuel Ugarte was signed for the midfield and Joshua Zirkzee for the attack.
Despite reports of a limited budget, Man Utd spent lavishly in their first transfer window under INEOS. It was the first of what has been described as a 'five-window plan' to restructure the playing personnel and, as such, not every problem could be solved straight away.

There are several positions Man Utd still want to strengthen in upcoming transfer periods and several names are already among their list of potential options.
According to Ben Jacobs, there are already four players Man Utd may try to pursue next year.
Man Utd's four targets
The journalist insists that Man Utd are still keen on adding a young left-back after failing to do so in the summer. He states that interest in Bournemouth star Milos Kerkez remains, with the Cherries having priced suitors out of making a move in the previous window.
FootballTransfers previously reported that the Hungarian was the Red Devils top target for the left-back spot, while Chelsea and Liverpool also hold an interest.
Alternatively, Man Utd could target Bayern Munich defender Alphonso Davies, who is out of contract next summer. Though there is an acceptance that he is seemingly Real Madrid-bound, the Red Devils may feel that they can be able to repeat their Leny Yoro trick.

Further forward, Man Utd are looking to add a young winger, preferably a homegrown player, and Tyler Dibling is a name that has frequently been mentioned.
Southampton are confident of extending the 18-year-old's contract, but Man Utd sporting director Dan Ashworth is a huge admirer of the teenager, having already wanted him at Newcastle.
Additionally, Man Utd have retained their interest in RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko as an option for the No.9 position. Aware of the fact that Joshua Zirkzee is not a traditional centre-forward, the club had wanted to add another No.9 in the summer.
Sesko was one of the options considered early on, but he ultimately decided to extend his Leipzig contract. Man Utd are still keeping tabs on him, though the player would have favoured a move to Arsenal had he decided to leave Germany in the summer. It remains to be seen whether the Gunners will reignite their interest.
