Musiala has 'no reason' to move to the Premier League
Bayern Munich are stepping up their contract talks with Jamal Musiala.
The German wonderkid is currently nursing a hip injury after a red-hot start to the season that saw him become the heartbeat of Vincent Kompany's new-look Bayern.
The 21-year-old has scored three goals and provided three assists in eight appearances across all competitions so far, which has increased the speculation surrounding his future.

His current deal expires in 2026 and Bayern, after a lengthy delay, only recently picked up talks over an extension again. Given his quality, Europe's elite has been keeping a close eye on developments in Munich and the likes of Man City, Man Utd and Real Madrid have all been linked with the former Chelsea academy prospect.
Musiala has 'no reason' to leave
As talks over a new deal are now in full swing, Bayern bosses have publically been trying to woo Musiala into extending his contract. The player recently admitted that he is 'open to anything,' so club chiefs have made sure to tell anyone willing to listen that he is the face of Bayern Munich.
Despite the high-profile interest in Musiala, Bayern are confident that they will be able to get him to commit his long-term future to the club. This confidence has now been expressed by director Max Eberl, who claims that Musiala has 'no reason' to leave the Munich outfit.

"I'm very confident," Eberl said ahead of Bayern's game with Eintracht Frankfurt. "We are building something here and Jamal notices that too. I see no reason why he should leave FC Bayern."
Bayern president Herbert Hainer recently struck a similar note: "I have to say that we love our Jamal more than anything. He is a once-in-a-century footballer and our main aim is of course to tie him to FC Bayern in the long term."
