Inzaghi REJECTS Man Utd offer
Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi has reportedly turned down the chance to replace Erik ten Hag as Manchester United head coach.
Inzaghi, 48, is one of the leading candidates to take over at Old Trafford amid the Red Devils’ shaky early season form, but he has rejected the opportunity to join the club.
That is according to Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri, who has revealed that Man Utd offered Inzaghi the chance to replace Ten Hag with immediate effect during the October international break.

However, the Inter boss reportedly declined the offer in order to remain at San Siro.
FootballTransfers understands that Ten Hag’s future at Man Utd is extremely uncertain, despite the fact he signed a contract extension this summer, with talk regarding a replacement currently ongoing.
This weekend’s Premier League match versus Aston Villa is set to be crucial, although we have been informed that conversations regarding Ten Hag will take place regardless of the result against Unai Emery’s side.

Man Utd to sack Erik ten Hag?
Ten Hag was widely expected to leave Man Utd following the conclusion of the 2023-24 campaign, but he earned a new contract after guiding the club to FA Cup glory in May.
However, they have only won three of their 10 matches in all competitions so far this season, while they are only 13th in the Premier League table, four points above the relegation zone.
In addition, they have drawn both of their first two Europa League games this campaign, with a late Harry Maguire equaliser needed against FC Porto on Thursday evening.
Ruud van Nistelrooy has been lined up to take over by 2026, FootballTransfers has been informed, although it remains to be seen if Man Utd pull the trigger and appoint the former Netherlands striker as Ten Hag’s replacement.
