Salah's goodbye? Liverpool legend 'will never forget Anfield'
Mohamed Salah is out of contract next summer and his latest social media activity will have done little to alleviate fears that the Liverpool legend is on his way out.
The 'Egyptian King' is enjoying life under new coach Arne Slot. Liverpool find themselves top of the Premier League after Man City and Arsenal both slipped up and Salah is, once again, the club's best scorer.
The 32-year-old has netted nine times across all competitions so far and he scored the winner on Saturday as Liverpool came back from 1-0 down in a matter of two minutes to beat Brighton 2-1 at Anfield.

While captain Virgil van Dijk has already confirmed that he is in talks with Liverpool over a contract extension, there is still some major uncertainty regarding Salah's deal.
Has Salah said his goodbyes?
The veteran attacker has been the subject of Saudi Pro League interest since the summer of 2023 when eye-watering bids were made to secure his services. Liverpool held firm and rejected the approaches but 2025 could be a completely different story.
A contract extension does not seem to be forthcoming anytime soon, which could become a problem considering that Salah will be free to negotiate with interested clubs in January.

It appears that Salah himself has absolutely no idea what the future holds and he is cherishing every moment at Liverpool, knowing that he may not be playing for the club next season.
Indeed, he has now taken to social media to send a cryptic message, insisting that he will never forget the feeling of scoring a goal at Anfield. "Top of the table is where this club belongs. Nothing less," he wrote.
"All teams win matches but there’s only one champion in the end. That’s what we want. Thank you for your support last night. No matter what happens, I will never forget what scoring at Anfield feels like."
