Neville names Man Utd's ONLY successful signing in 10 years
Bruno Fernandes is the only Manchester United player to have exceeded expectations over the past decade, according to Gary Neville.
The Red Devils have been a mess since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013. Arguably England's biggest club, Man Utd have failed to enjoy major success over the past decade and Premier League glory continues to prove elusive.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS now seek to change this, but this season is likely already a write-off, with Erik ten Hag having overseen the worst start to a Premier League campaign in club history.

New head coach Ruben Amorim knows what he is getting himself into. Speaking to the media on Monday, he admitted that he is aware of the fact that he is about to enter 'a more complicated world.'
The Portuguese tactician will have his work cut out for him to get Man Utd back on their perch and club legend Gary Neville believes that everything will depend on how the players take to their new boss.
Neville slams Man Utd
Speaking on Sky Sports, Neville insisted that Amorim 'has to get the best out of the players' in order to have any shot at surviving the managerial graveyard that Man Utd has become.
“He has to get the best put of the players. The players need to take responsibility for what’s happened in the last 10 years. The club have signed a lot of players that other clubs wanted and when those players have arrived at Manchester United, they deteriorated.
“Why is that? It could be the coach, it could be the players, it could be the environment is too big for them, whatever it is it has to change because if he doesn’t change that, he will fall the same way the rest of them have."

Neville went so far as to suggest that club captain Bruno Fernandes is the only player signed over the past decade who can be classified as a success and someone who exceeded expectations.
“Only really Bruno I can think of in 10 years has signed for the club and done more than I thought he would. I can’t think of any other player. That’s £1.8 billion spent in the last 10 years, that’s one thing that has to change,” Neville thundered.
