Erik ten Hag is no longer at Manchester United but the Red Devils could continue to shop in the Eredivisie as they are among the sides interested in PSV star Malik Tillman, according to a report.

The United States men's national team star is one of the Netherlands' most in-form attackers at present. In PSV's past two Champions League outings against Girona and Shakhtar Donetsk, respectively, Tillman has notched three goals and two assists.

All told the left-winger has netted eight goals in 19 appearances while also providing four assists. A product of Bayern Munich's academy, Tillman never quite found his feet in his native Bavaria but he has been in sparkling form since joining PSV - initially on loan - in 2023.

The Dutch giants signed the 22-year-old permanently in the summer for €12 million and are set to turn a sizeable profit on him just a few months on. Several top clubs around Europe have taken an interest in the USMNT winger and could move for him already in January.

Man Utd eye Tillman

That is according to Sky Germany, which reports that Tillman has many suitors, particularly in the Premier League. Several clubs have already made 'concrete enquiries' for the January window and the likes of Man Utd, Aston Villa and Tottenham are named as suitors.

A potential issue could be the fact that PSV will be in a strong negotiating position in the winter. Tillman has a release clause believed to be worth €30 million to €40m, but this clause will only come into effect in the summer, meaning that PSV can ask for a premium in January.

Tillman is attracted to the Premier League and wants to join an 'ambitious top club,' while a potential return to the Bundesliga has been ruled out. Bayern Munich do have a buy-back clause but they are not interested in re-signing their former prospect.
