De Zerbi determined to turn Greenwood into Vinicius Jr
Roberto de Zerbi has been showing Mason Greenwood clips of Vinicius Jr to help him improve his game, according to French media.
The disgraced former Man Utd forward started life at Olympique de Marseille like a house on fire following his controversial move to the south of France.
There was talk of Greenwood being the most talented player in Ligue 1 at one point, such was his impact. In recent weeks, however, Greenwood's performances have left a lot to be desired.

One particular aspect that has frustrated fans and coaches alike is the fact that Greenwood is reluctant to put in any effort defensively. Last month, PSG put Marseille to the sword in Le Classique and French media tore the Englishman to shreds after the game, describing his outing as 'bordering on indecency.'
De Zerbi's Vinicius Jr plan
Greenwood netted the winner against Nantes at the weekend but head coach Roberto de Zerbi was evidently more concerned about his defending ahead of the game.
L'Equipe reports that the Italian tactician showed his attacker clips of Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr before the match against the Bretons.
The Brazilian, of course, is known for his incredible attacking contributions, but De Zerbi used him as an example of a star forward who also puts in the hard yards defensively.

It remains to be seen whether De Zerbi's trick will yield any success, but it is clear that he wants to mould Greenwood into a more well-rounded player, perhaps believing that he could become the club's very own Vinicius Jr.
Greenwood is currently Ligue 1's joint-second top scorer, level on seven goals with Lille's Jonathan David and just one behind PSG's Bradley Barcola. The 23-year-old has also contributed with one assists so far this term.
