'CRAZY' Osimhen plan revealed as Man Utd surge into pole position
Manchester United are the European giants most active in the pursuit of Victor Osimhen, but Galatasaray have hatched a 'crazy plan' to sign the on-loan striker permanently, according to Turkish media.
The Nigerian sharpshooter is spending the season out on loan in Istanbul and he is certainly loving life away from parent club Napoli. Osimhen, though hamstrung by some untimely injuries, has netted 12 goals and provided five assists in just 15 appearances.
Unsurprisingly, then, speculation surrounding his future continues to be rampant. The 26-year-old has assured Galatasaray fans that he will stay beyond January, but what happens in the summer is anyone's guess.

Chelsea, Man Utd and PSG are just some of the clubs that have been linked with Osimhen in recent months, while Galatasaray dream of making his stay permanent. However, due to the finances involved - he has a €75 million release clause - the latter scenario has been deemed almost impossible.
Galatasaray's crazy plan
However, according to Fanatik, Galatasaray will give signing Osimhen a good go. The Turkish outlet claims that the Istanbul giants are lining up two lucrative sponsorship deals from China to help finance the potential transfer.
This is the 'crazy plan' that Galatasaray's ambitious club bosses have drawn up but there is an awareness that actually pulling off the move would still be incredibly difficult.

And it is made all the more difficult by Man Utd, who are described as Galatasaray's most persistent and credible rivals for the signature of Osimhen.
In fact, it is asserted that the Red Devils approached the player regarding a January move but that he rebuffed them as he is unwilling to transfer mid-season.
The matter is further complicated by PSG outcast Randal Kolo Muani. Galatasaray, after losing Mauro Icardi to a season-ending injury, are determined to add another attacker in January and are interested in the Frenchman, but so too are Man Utd, who could even look to sign him permanently.
