Aston Villa STUNNED as Premier League rival offers $70m for Jhon Duran
Aston Villa have received a blockbusting $70million offer for striker Jhon Duran from Premier League rival West Ham, according to ace transfer reporter David Ornstein.
It has been a bizarre season in east London so far, with West Ham massively struggling despite a summer outlay on new signings of over $146 million.
Graham Potter is now in charge of the Hammers following the sacking of Julen Lopetegui and recruitment chief Tim Steidten is trying to change things up after his summer acquisitions failed to have the desired impact.

Attack has given West Ham nightmares all season, with the No.9 position proving particularly troublesome. New signing Niclas Fullkrug has been injured for much of the campaign and Michail Antonio is currently recovering from a road accident.
A reinforcement is clearly needed and the Hammers are now stepping up their pursuit of one of their top targets.
West Ham make INCREDIBLE Jhon Duran offer
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, West Ham have made an offer worth $70 million for Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran. However, the bid is expected to be rejected by the Birmingham club.
Villa have repeatedly made it clear that they have no intention of selling the Colombian after recently extending his contract until 2030 amid interest from a host of top clubs, including Chelsea and PSG.
West Ham pursued Duran all summer but ultimately failed to strike a deal. Meanwhile, the Hammers are in talks over a potential sale of Luis Guilherme.

Luis Guilherme set for Saudi move
The 18-year-old has played just 50 minutes of competitive football this season but West Ham believe that they can turn a profit on the 18-year-old. Al-Hilal, who have unregistered Neymar for the second half of the Pro League campaign, are in talks to sign the teenager.
According to Sky Sports, West Ham are demanding a sizeable $31 million for Guilherme after paying $24m in the summer. The money would then be reinvested into reinforcements, with Duran evidently top of their shortlist.
