Alejandro Garnacho wanted

Chelsea have registered their interest in signing Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho, according to several sensational reports.

The Argentina international has been heavily linked with an Old Trafford departure over the past few weeks and Chelsea have now joined the race to sign him, as per L’Equipe and David Ornstein.

Enzo Maresca’s side are actively pursuing a new winger in 2025 and Garnacho has emerged as a potential transfer target for the Blues, with the west London giants lodging an initial enquiry for the Man Utd star.

Jose Mourinho eyes Joao Felix deal

Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho is reportedly eyeing an ambitious loan move for Chelsea outcast Joao Felix before the January transfer window closes.

Felix has only started three Premier League matches so far this season and Mourinho has already spoken directly to the Portugal international to gauge the possibility of a January deal, according to Estadio Deportivo.

The Fenerbahce boss is eager to sign Felix on loan until the end of the campaign, but the 25-year-old is yet to respond to reported interest from the Turkish giants, while he has previously hinted that he won’t push to leave Chelsea in 2025.

Jamie Gittens competition

Chelsea have earmarked Jamie Gittens as a possible signing in 2025 and The Athletic’s David Ornstein has even reported that an initial enquiry has been submitted by the Blues.

However, Sky Germany have revealed that Gittens is a “top transfer target” for Bayern Munich, with Vincent Kompany’s side looking to sign at least one new winger following rumours that Leroy Sane and Kingsley Coman could both leave this summer.

Furthermore, the report states that Man Utd are “seriously interested” in signing the England youngster in a bid to bolster Ruben Amorim’s attacking roster.

Marseille pursue Renato Veiga

Marseille have initiated “concrete discussions” with Chelsea over the possible signing of Renato Veiga, as per L’Equipe.

The 21-year-old is eager to leave Stamford Bridge on loan, in order to play at centre-back for the remainder of the season, but he is reportedly unwilling to depart on a permanent deal.

Chelsea, on the other hand, are unlikely to accept a loan deal unless it includes an obligation to buy, with the Blues open to a sale this month. In addition to Marseille, Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the Portugal star.

Everton want Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Everton are reportedly set to initiate talks with Chelsea over possible loan deals for Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

The Toffees are eager to dip into the loan market following the appointment of club legend David Moyes, and they have identified Chilwell and Dewsbury-Hall as two potential targets.

The pair have struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge so far this season and Everton are now set to hold talks with Chelsea over potential January deals, according to CaughtOffside.

However, the Goodison Park outfit will be unable to sign either player unless they offload one of their current loanees.

Everton have already used up their allocation of four loan spots (Orel Mangala, Jesper Lindstrom, Jack Harrison and Armando Broja) and must cut ties with at least one of those stars if they want to land Chilwell or Dewsbury-Hall.

Nicolas Jackson passport blunder

A passport blunder from the Senegalese Football Federation has inexplicably denied Casa Sports a fraction of Nicolas Jackson’s €37 million transfer fee.

The 23-year-old joined Chelsea from Villarreal for €37m in 2023, with his former club Casa Sports scheduled to receive 5% of the fee - equating to €185,000.

However, FIFA have ruled that the Senegalese top flight side will not receive this payment as the Senegalese Football Federation (SFF) forgot to register Casa Sports in Jackson's sport passport.

That is according to a sensational report from Sport News Africa, who report that Casa Sports must now file a formal complaint against the SFF if they want to escalate the case further.

Marc Guiu latest

Chelsea striker Marc Guiu has found himself unwittingly caught in the crossfire of Barcelona’s political turmoil.

Guiu left the Catalans last summer in a deal worth €6m and it has been strongly suggested that he was cast aside at Barcelona for nefarious reasons.

Fingers have been pointed at the current board of the Blaugrana side by Victor Font, the leader of ‘Si al Futur’, which is campaigning for political change at Camp Nou.

“We have Marc Guiu, we were struggling financially and we signed Vitor Roque,” Font told RAC1.

“If he was the new Ronaldinho, we could understand it and prioritise his talent, but it’s clear that Vitor Roque does not have the characteristics to play for Barcelona.”
