Dean Huijsen interest

Chelsea have identified Bournnemouth’s Dean Huijsen as a key defensive target for 2025, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Spain U21 international has played a key role in Bournemouth’s impressive recent form and his performances have attracted the attention of both Chelsea and Bayern Munich.

Chelsea have been linked with a number of top centre-backs over the past few months and Huijsen has now emerged as one of their primary targets as they look to bolster Enzo Maresca’s backline.

Mathys Tel fight

Chelsea remain eager to land Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel and they are continuing to “fight” for his signature, as per BILD.

The Blues are open to a permanent move, and talk of a swap deal remains rife as Christopher Nkunku’s representatives are pushing for him to join Bayern.

Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano has revealed that seven different clubs are interested in signing the Frenchman on loan before the January transfer window closes, with Chelsea therefore facing stiff competition.

Aaron Anselmino offered to Lazio

Aaron Anselmino has reportedly been offered to Lazio following his return to Chelsea from a loan spell back at Boca Juniors.

The Argentine was recalled by Chelsea in January, but he isn’t expected to play a significant role in the first-team just yet. As a result, he has now been offered to Lazio on loan, as per Nicolo Schira.

Meanwhile, Cesare Casadei is set to join Lazio on a permanent deal from Chelsea, with the move set to be formally completed before Deadline Day.

Chelsea eye David Hancko

Chelsea have joined the race to sign Feyenoord defender David Hancko, according to CaughtOffside.

The Slovakia international is also being pursued by Tottenham Hotspur, Juventus and Atletico Madrid, with Feyenoord set to demand a €50m fee to sanction a sale this year.

Chelsea are in the market for a new centre-back in 2025 and Hancko has emerged as a legitimate transfer target for the Blues amid his eye-catching recent form in the Eredivisie.

Renato Veiga on the verge of Juventus move

Renato Veiga is on the verge of formally joining Juventus on loan for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign.

The Portugal international has only started one Premier League match so far this season, and Juventus have reached a full agreement to sign him on loan.

Veiga has been pictured en route to Turin and he is expected to be formally announced as a Juventus player on Monday.

Enzo Molebe wanted

Chelsea are interested in signing Lyon wonderkid Enzo Molebe, according to reports in France.

Molebe still has two-and-a-half years remaining on his current contract at Lyon, but a January exit hasn’t been ruled out and Chelsea are eyeing an opportunistic move before Deadline Day.

The 17-year-old is the “subject of concrete interest” from Enzo Maresca’s side, according to Le Parisien, as the west London giants continue their search for the best young talents in world football.

The teenager has only amassed nine minutes of first-team action so far this season, via two substitute appearances, and Chelsea are looking to capitalise on his limited role at Lyon this month.
