Man Utd Transfer News Today: €30m Dorgu OFFER, Antony done deal SUPRISE, Arsenal wonderkid EYED
Manchester United are set for very busy final days of the January transfer window.
Several high-profile players are in talks to leave the Red Devils before Deadline Day on February 3, while Ruben Amorim is desperate to add reinforcements and to adequately replace the outgoings.
In recent days, Man Utd have stepped up their pursuit of Patrick Dorgu but it remains to be seen if they can strike a deal or if they are also looking to potentially add players in other positions.

New Patrick Dorgu
Earlier this week, Lecce rejected Man Utd's opening €27 million offer for Patrick Dorgu, but the Red Devils were not deterred. They have now made an improved bid that has clocked in at €30m or even in excess of that fee depending on which sources you believe.
Either way, it still hasn't been enough to convince the Serie A side, who continue to insist that it will require at least €40m for them to sell the Denmark international mid-season.
Napoli also hold an interest in Dorgu and would be open to leaving the player on loan at Lecce, which is an attractive proposition. However, the 2023 Scudetto winners are in more advanced tasks over a different deal that will also influence Man Utd's business.

Chelsea with free run at Alejandro Garnacho?
That is because Napoli are now closing in on striking a deal with Borussia Dortmund for Karim Adeyemi. Fabrizio Romano reports that the two clubs are on the verge of reaching a 'full agreement' over a €40m package.
Napoli have gone all-in on Adeyemi after being priced out of a move for Alejandro Garnacho. Man Utd value the Argentine at €70m, which is a price the Serie A side are not willing to pay.
This could leave Chelsea with a free run at the Red Devils winger. After several enquiries, Chelsea are preparing another approach and they are reportedly confident about being able to convince Man Utd and the player to do a deal.
Antony transfer will free up massive fee
Antony is on the verge of joining Real Betis on a six-month loan that will see the LaLiga side cover 84 per cent of his salary, which is a significant percentage for a club not blessed with affluence.
It means that Man Utd will free up around €1.8m until the end of the season, which could prove crucial for this month's business. Antony is expected to complete his transfer this weekend.
Brian Brobbey offered
West Ham and Tottenham have enquired about the availability of Ajax striker Brian Brobbey, with both clubs keen to add him to their ranks this month. So far, Ajax have rejected the idea of a loan.
According to GIVEMESPORT, the Netherlands international has also been offered to Man Utd in recent times, likely due to the club's historic interest in Brobbey. He was frequently linked with a move to Old Trafford during Erik ten Hag's reign and previously said joining Man Utd would be a dream come true.
Man Utd lead race for Ayden Heaven
Young Arsenal defender Ayden Heaven is out of contract in the summer and fielding interest from several clubs, including Man Utd. According to Romano, the Red Devils are now the favourites for his signature.
Heaven was in Manchester for the Europe League clash with Rangers on Thursday after previously travelling to Germany for talks with Eintracht Frankfurt. The latter are still trying to sign him, while Arsenal would like to extend his contract.
Ex-Man Utd boss wants Marcus Rashford
Besiktas are interested in signing Marcus Rashford, according to Mundo Deportivo. It comes after a move to Barcelona reached an impasse due to Ansu Fati refusing to leave the Catalan giants.
The Turkish giants are the latest club to express an interest as they are currently managed by a familiar face. Former Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently returned to management after three years and is now in charge of Besiktas.
Sverre Nypan blow?
Man Utd have been scouting Norwegian prodigy Sverre Nypan for years, but the 18-year-old wonderkid could now be set to join Manchester rivals Man City.
According to Norwegian media and Fabrizio Romano, the midfielder is on his way to England to visit Man City's facilities and to hold talks over a potential transfer that could include an initial loan to City Football Group-owned Girona, who signed Donny van de Beek from Man Utd last summer.
Additionally, The Athletic claims that Arsenal are also in the mix and working on a deal for Nypan, too, with progress being made.
