Chelsea are reportedly aiming to sign four Manchester United players on permanent deals during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The Blues were unusually quiet in January, but they are set to back Enzo Maresca in the transfer market with several big-money signings later this year.

Chelsea are looking to bolster their attack with the addition of at least one new forward, while Andrey Santos will return from his immense loan spell at Strasbourg to provide further depth in central midfield.

Furthermore, the west London giants are also planning an ambitious move for Man Utd defender Leny Yoro, according to Chelsea journalist Simon Phillips.

The 19-year-old has only made eight starts for Ruben Amorim’s side since his arrival last summer, due to an ankle injury and significant competition for places, and Chelsea are reportedly determined to bring him to Stamford Bridge in 2025.

Chelsea’s interest in Yoro dates back to his time at Lille, with the Blues identifying him as an ideal long-term replacement for Thiago Silva.

However, Man Utd won the race for the Frenchman’s signature in July and Chelsea opted to agree a deal for Boca Juniors youngster Aaron Anselmino instead.

Despite this, Maresca’s side are reportedly still eager to sign Yoro and they could launch a full-on pursuit this summer.

Chelsea target Man Utd raid

In addition to Yoro, Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo have both been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea in 2025 as Man Utd face the prospect of losing three of their most talented youngsters.

The Red Devils are concerned about meeting the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules, which means they will consider offers for both Garnacho and Mainoo as they look to secure ‘pure profit’ sales this summer.

Furthermore, Chelsea will sign Man Utd winger Jadon Sancho on a permanent deal when his loan expires at the end of June, with the Englishman potentially set to be one of four Red Devils players to secure a Stamford Bridge transfer this summer.
