Crystal Palace have reportedly accepted they will be required to sell Chelsea target Marc Guehi this summer.
The England international has been linked with a Selhurst Park exit for over 12 months and he was widely expected to secure a big-money move to Newcastle United last year.
However, Palace refused to sell the 24-year-old after allowing Joachim Andersen to join Fulham for €29.5 million and Eddie Howe’s side were left empty-handed.

Newcastle are set to rekindle their interest in Guehi when the 2025 summer transfer window opens, although they will face significant competition from both Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
Ange Postecoglou’s side saw a “major bid” for Guehi rejected in January, but Palace have accepted the England star "will have to be sold in the summer", according to The Sun.
Guehi has an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of €47.9m, however Crystal Palace set a €90m asking price last summer and the Englishman is likely to garner a huge transfer fee ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

In addition to Tottenham, Chelsea were also interested in signing Guehi during the January transfer window, although they eventually opted to recall Trevoh Chalobah from his loan spell at Palace following injuries to Wesley Fofana and Benoit Badiashile.
Despite this, Guehi remains a key target for Enzo Maresca’s side, with the Blues keen to bring him back to the club four years after his departure to Selhurst Park.
Marc Guehi to leave Crystal Palace?
If Guehi is sold later this year, The Sun have reported that Crystal Palace will look to sign Burnley’s Maxime Esteve or Middlesbrough’s Rav van den Berg as his replacement.
Guehi defender has racked up 139 senior appearances for Palace, following his move from Chelsea in 2021, but he only has 18 months remaining on his current contract and he is expected to leave the club this summer.
