Man Utd officially give up on fixing Amorim's biggest problem
Manchester United will not make any late signings before the January transfer window deadline.
The Red Devils have officially given up on the window after failing to sign Mathys Tel and Christopher Nkunku. Man Utd had been desperate to add to their attacking options but financial constraints ultimately meant that no business was done.
The club have now briefed the media that they will not be making any late signings. Tyrell Malacia is still expected to leave Old Trafford for PSV before the deadline.

Rasmus Hojlund, Joshua Zirkzee and even Alejandro Garnacho have all been disappointing this season. Amad Diallo has been the only positive of a campaign that is already a write-off.

Garnacho, Hojlund and Zirkzee have scored just eight Premier League goals between them this term.
