Arsenal want a new centre forward
Despite Arsenal’s interest in Ekitike, the Frenchman is far from the only striker being pursued by Mikel Arteta’s side.
The Gunners have reportedly drawn up a seven-man shortlist ahead of the summer window, with the north London giants determined to bring a new centre forward to the club before the new season begins.
FootballTransfers has been informed that RB Leipzig star Benjamin Sesko remains Arsenal’s top target, while they are also interested in bringing Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins to the club.
In addition, the Gunners are eager to sign Athletic Club’s Nico Williams to bolster their options out wide and they have reportedly reached an agreement with the Spain international.
