Chelsea to sell Nkunku and Mudryk
Nkunku was signed from Leipzig for €60m in 2023 but has been a huge disappointment.
He arrived at Stamford Bridge with a world-class reputation, however he has struggled for form and fitness.
Christopher Nkunku looks almost guaranteed to leave Chelsea this summer after his woes continued during the Blues’ 0-0 draw against Brentford on Sunday afternoon as he was subbed at half time.
He has only amassed 907 minutes of Premier League action so far this season and his struggles continued versus Brentford on Sunday.
He was heavily linked with a Chelsea departure in January, but Bayern Munich opted against finalising a deal to sign the 27-year-old and he was forced to remain in west London following Joao Felix’s loan move to AC Milan.
In the summer, though, Chelsea will prioritise selling him. He has scored just six goals in two seasons in the Premier League.

Chelsea will also try to sell Mudryk, who has been one of the biggest flops in Premier League history.
The London club paid Shakhtar Donetsk a whopping €70m for Mudryk in January 2023, a sum that could rise to €100m with bonuses.
Despite this astronomical transfer fee, Mudryk has struggled to make his mark at the Blues so far. In 73 appearances, he has managed to score just 10 goals and provide nine assists.
Despite boasting searing pace, Mudryk has appeared out of his depth every time he has got the ball.
The Ukraine international hasn’t played a competitive match since 28 November, following a provisional doping suspension
Chelsea are reportedly confident that Mudryk’s ‘B’ sample will be negative, although he faces the prospect of a four-year football ban if he returns a positive test.

His doping ban complicates trying to sell him but Chelsea hope he will be cleared, which will allow them to move him on.
