CONFIRMED: Chelsea 'very interested' in Vinicius Junior

Chelsea are reportedly interested in completing a sensational summer transfer for Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Junior.
The Brazil international is currently in talks with Los Blancos over a new long-term deal, but his situation at the Santiago Bernabeu is being closely monitored by a host of Saudi Pro League clubs ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window.

Vinicius has just over two years remaining on his current contract at Real Madrid and reports have speculated that he is demanding to usurp Kylian Mbappe as the club’s outright highest earner in order to agree an extension.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side have reportedly identified Athletic Club winger Nico Williams as a key transfer target amid concerns that Vinicius could leave this summer, with clubs in Saudi Arabia expected to submit world record bids for the Brazilian.
Meanwhile, TBR Football have now ‘confirmed’ that Chelsea are also long-term admirers of Vinicius and they are eager to pursue a move for the 24-year-old if the opportunity presents itself this summer.
A move to London is reportedly appealing to Vinicius and Chelsea are set to keep tabs on his future at Real Madrid as they eye a potential deal ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

Vinicius Junior to join Chelsea?
Although Chelsea are interested in signing Vinicius this summer, a move to Stamford Bridge seems incredibly unlikely.
Enzo Maresca’s team have regressed immensely over the past three months and Champions League qualification is now in the balance following a worrying dip in results since Christmas.
Given Vinicius is currently employed by a club who consistently challenge at the sharp end of the Champions League knockout stages, he is unlikely to accept a move to a Chelsea side who are very much prioritising future success over current glory.
As a result, the Blues will most likely be forced to identify an alternative replacement for Mykhailo Mudryk, who is currently suspended after a positive doping test.
