Romano drops DAMNING Man Utd revelation on Osimhen and Gyokeres

Manchester United still have absolutely no idea which striker they will target in the summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Red Devils are well aware that they need to revamp their attack in the upcoming transfer window. It has been a horror season for the entire club, but particularly for Man Utd's centre-forwards.
Joshua Zirkzee was so maligned in the early stages of the season that it was thought that he could already jump ship again in January to get out of this mess.

Head coach Ruben Amorim has praised him for upping his game recently, but it's clearly still not good enough. Indeed, Netherlands boss Ronald Koeman said as much when revealing that the Dutchman would be omitted from his upcoming squad.
In recent weeks, it has been Rasmus Hojlund's lot to come under heavy fire. The Dane has gone 20 games without a goal and was seen being consoled by compatriot and Man Utd legend Peter Schmeichel after Sunday's 1-1 draw with Arsenal.

Romano's Man Utd bombshell
In light of this sorry state of affairs, transfer links with elite strikers have been rampant for months. Victor Osimhen, Viktor Gyokeres and, more recently, Jean-Phillipe Mateta have all been touted as potential options for the struggling Manchester giants.
However, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Man Utd still have no clue which strikers they will actually pursue in the summer and which they will be able to afford.

Whereas clubs like Arsenal (Benjamin Sesko, Alexander Isak) and Chelsea (Liam Delap) already have clear top striker targets for the upcoming window, Man Utd remain completely in the dark.
"There are reports on Osimhen, Gyokeres, Mateta, there will be more," Romano told GIVEMESPORT. "The reality is that Man United have not made any decision on the striker yet and the budget will make the difference, so it's still too early to know who they're going to sign. Nothing advanced at this stage."
