Arsenal and Chelsea receive Lookman boost thanks to 'unfinished business'

Ademola Lookman is keen to return to London as he believes he has 'unfinished business' in the Premier League, according to a report.
The Atalanta attacker is ready for a new challenge this summer. It is no secret that Lookman is desperate to take the next step in his career, especially in light of his recent falling out with manager Gian Piero Gasperini.
The Nigerian superstar had already wanted to leave Atalanta last summer, but the Italian club refused to sanction his exit as they were in the process of selling Teun Koopmeiners to Juventus and were unwilling to lose two key players in the same window.

Lookman is once again enjoying a brilliant campaign and was recently crowned African Footballer of the Year, so he has no shortage of suitors as the summer transfer window begins to loom on the horizon.

Lookman wants London return
It has been known for some time that the 27-year-old is keen to return to the Premier League, but TEAMtalk now goes a step further and reports that he is specifically gunning for a move to London.
Lookman feels as though he has unfinished business after previous stints in England's top flight with Everton, Fulham and Leicester. The report confirms that Arsenal and Chelsea hold a concrete interest in the Nigerian.

However, it is also acknowledged that he is not a top target for either London giant. Given his age and likely significant price tag, signing Lookman would be a gamble in the age of heightened Profit and Sustainability awareness and scrutiny.
The versatile attacker is also expected to command a significant wage, so Arsenal and Chelsea feel that their money would be better spent on other options, although Lookman does feature on their shortlists ahead of the summer.
