Victor Osimhen transfer domino takes another TWIST

The summer transfer window is expected to be a huge one for strikers, with a host of big names like Victor Osimhen, Alexander Isak and more expected to be targeted by elite clubs.
All of the Premier League's biggest teams - with the exception of Man City - are looking for a reliable, high-profile centre-forward. Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool will look to bolster their frontline this summer.

Arsenal and Liverpool have been heavily linked with Isak, while Man Utd and Chelsea have a long-standing interest in Osimhen. The latter is almost guaranteed to leave Napoli in the next window, though he will be very expensive.
Osimhen has a €75 million release clause and is on a hefty salary - and he's not willing to take a pay cut. Still, the expectation is that he will finally get his big move, with the Nigerian dreaming of playing in the Premier League.
Even though Napoli have done well without the 26-year-old this season, his exit would give them the funds to also pursue a new striker, thus complicating the market even further.

Napoli want Arsenal and Newcastle target
Indeed, Calciomercato reports that Napoli are already putting plans in place for a striker transfer this summer. Antonio Conte adores Romelu Lukaku, but the Belgian is 32 and not getting any younger.
As a result, Napoli have now entered the race for Fiorentina striker Moise Kean, who has been linked with the likes of Arsenal and Newcastle in recent weeks. In fact, the Magpies are said to have already made an approach for the 25-year-old.

After bursting onto the scene, the Italy international endured a few tough years, but he has emphatically bounced back at Fiorentina. He has netted a whopping 21 goals so far this season.
Kean has a €52m release clause, and it is tempting top clubs around Europe as it makes him cheaper than sought-after strikers like Osimhen, Isak, Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko.
Napoli selling Osimhen and bringing in Kean could massively influence the future of Isak at Newcastle. The Carabao Cup winners have other targets, of course, but many of them - like Hugo Ekitike - are significantly more expensive than Kean, which will only make them more reluctant to sell Isak.
