At least five Premier League clubs are interested in signing Manchester City outcast Jack Grealish this summer, according to a report.

The 29-year-old is expected to depart the Etihad in the upcoming window after struggling to recapture his erstwhile importance to Man City. Grealish was a crucial part of Pep Guardiola's treble-winning side, but he has been a peripheral figure over the past two campaigns.

The winger has only started one Premier League match since December 21, illustrating his fall from grace. In the past 15 games he was available for, Grealish was an unused substitute a whopping nine times and only played more than 30 minutes once - during his sole start against Leicester at the beginning of the month.

Grealish, once British football's most expensive player, is ending his Man City career with a whimper. Those who doubted that he was suited to Guardiola's style appear to have been proven correct as the England international will ultimately go down as a flop signing.

However, Grealish still enjoys a solid reputation outside of Manchester, and several Premier League clubs are ready to end his Man City nightmare this summer.

Grealish to remain in England?

FootballTransfers previously reported that Tottenham hold a genuine interest in Grealish, and CaughtOffside has now confirmed this and revealed even more suitors.

The report claims that Newcastle, too, are concretely interested in Grealish. The Magpies and Spurs are described as 'the two most serious contenders' to secure his signature in the upcoming window.

However, he also has admirers elsewhere. Nottingham Forest believe that Grealish would suit their style, but a potential move to the City Ground hinges on qualification for the Champions League.

Similarly, his former side Aston Villa would love an emotional reunion, while West Ham are also credited with an interest. However, the Hammers are said to be outsiders for his arrival as things stand.
