Morgan Rogers: Man Utd face MAJOR competition for Aston Villa superstar

Manchester United are reportedly set to face significant competition for Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old has attracted a number of suitors following an immense campaign under Unai Emery and Man Utd have emerged as strong contenders to acquire his signature this summer amid their pursuit of several new attacking players.

Ruben Amorim is determined to bolster his forward options at Old Trafford ahead of the 2025-26 campaign and Rogers has reportedly been identified as a key target by the Man Utd hierarchy.
The England international has scored 14 goals and provided 12 assists in 46 games across all competitions so far this season and he is viewed as a player capable of vastly improving Man Utd’s threat in the final third.
However, the Red Devils have been handed a crushing blow in their pursuit of the 22-year-old as Bayern Munich have now expressed their interest in signing him this summer.
That is according to Spanish publication Fichajes, who claim that Vincent Kompany’s side are willing to submit a €70 million bid for Rogers during the 2025 summer window.

Bayern Munich want Morgan Rogers
Although Rogers has reportedly emerged as a potential target for Bayern, the Bundesliga giants are also keeping tabs on both Florian Wirtz and Xavi Simons amid their pursuit of a long-term replacement for Thomas Muller.
However, it remains to be seen if Villa will accept a €70m offer for Rogers, with the England star currently boasting an Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) of just shy of €80m.
If Bayern submit an acceptable bid for Rogers this summer, he would likely compete with Jamal Musiala for a starting berth in the No.10 position, although he could be forced to play as a left winger amid concerns over the futures of Kingsley Coman, Serge Gnabry and Leroy Sane.
