Soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo to MLS IS A THING as CR7 considers Saudi exit
Cristiano Ronaldo is once again considering his future, and this time it appears a move to the US and MLS might actually become a thing.
The soccer legend, the greatest ever to lace them up if you believe he's better than the great Lionel Messi, is currently operating in the moneybags Saudi Pro League with Al Nassr.
However CR7's ridiculous Al Nassr contract has only a few months to run, due to expire at the end of June 2025. Which means the Portuguese megastar will be a free agent and can choose his next move.

An extension with Al Nassr is a possibility, but per respected Spanish outlet Marca, one of the options also being considered is that eagerly-awaited jump to MLS.
Ronaldo vs Messi in MLS?
Luring Ronaldo to the US would be an enormous deal for MLS, and would see CR7 and Messi once again operating in the same league. Remember they tore up Spain's La Liga together for more than a decade while at Real Madrid and FC Barcelona respectively. And of course Ronaldo would not cost a cent in transfer fees.
CR7 would of course command an enormous salary, but this could be mitigated by smart marketing and commercial activity which could generate huge revenues for the player, the league and whichever franchise he were to join.
Casemiro x Ronaldo for the third time?
There is one other massive desire for Ronaldo, apparently, and it comes in the shape of one of his former team-mates. Brazilian midfielder Casemiro.
Ronaldo has played with Casemiro twice at club level, first in Madrid and then during his second and ill-fated spell at Manchester United.
Per Marca, CR7 wants to reunite with the defensive midfielder, who has flopped spectacularly at Old Trafford after a terrific start to his Premier League career.
Casemiro appears surplus to requirements for new coach Ruben Amorim, and has long been linked with an exit from the UK. It sounds like Ronaldo wants him as a team-mate for a third time, whatever the future holds this summer.
